Party Season = Dehydration!

Hydration is key to plumped up, juicy-looking skin that looks and feels healthy. We all know this right but it’s worth remembering as we are full swing into December.

I am not a fan of drinking water and really struggle but why don’t you try and infuse your water if your the same . Buy the glass barrels with the taps and fill them with your own creations to make your water more interesting.

I am the first to admit that the first thing I grab in the morning is a coffee but I am going to insist throughout December that I try drinking some warm water with lemon before I do. It helps to hydrate the body after a nightโ€™s sleep and to cleanse the liver plus gives your body a great boost of vitamin C.

So why don’t you make it your aim this Christmas for every alcoholic drink you have, match it with a glass of water??? Let us know how you got on!

My favorite although it is expensive is coconut water. It contains natural electrolytes that hydrate the body.
